Shocking away nerve pain: new stimulation trial for diabetics

Summary

This study tests if a gentle electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve (a major nerve in the body) can reduce pain, numbness, and tingling in people with diabetic nerve damage. About 40 adults aged 45-60 with diabetic foot pain will receive the stimulation. The goal is to see if it improves pain and daily function.
