Summary
This study tests if a gentle, non-invasive electrical stimulation on the ear can help adults with moderate to severe burns recover faster. 50 participants will either get this stimulation plus standard physical therapy, or just physical therapy alone. The goal is to see if it lowers inflammation and improves movement and daily function.
