First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This small study tests whether a non-invasive device that stimulates the vagus nerve through the ear can affect blood sugar levels, food cravings, and the urge to move in healthy college-aged adults. Eight participants will receive the stimulation while their glucose and cravings are measured. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible for future research.
