Summary
This study looks at how well women with low estrogen (like after menopause) stick to using vaginal estrogen cream, tablets, or a ring to prevent repeat urinary tract infections. Researchers will also check changes in vaginal tissue and natural bacteria. About 111 women will be randomly assigned to one of three treatments and followed for 6 months.
