First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This pilot study looks at whether offering recommended but unfunded vaccines at a reduced cost in community pharmacies makes them more accessible and acceptable. About 600 people in Nova Scotia and Ontario will receive a vaccine at a lower price and then share their thoughts through surveys. The goal is to understand if this co-payment model is practical and liked by both the public and pharmacists.
