First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether offering recommended but unfunded vaccines at a reduced cost in community pharmacies makes them more accessible and acceptable to the public. About 600 people in Nova Scotia and Ontario will receive a vaccine at a lower price and then share their thoughts through surveys. The goal is to understand if this co-payment approach is practical and well-received by both patients and pharmacists.
