First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, venetoclax and azacitidine, is safe and effective for people with advanced myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), a rare blood cancer. About 40 participants will receive the combination to see if it can bring the disease back to a less aggressive phase or achieve remission. The goal is to control the disease and improve outcomes, though lifelong management may still be needed.
