NCT ID NCT07635485

First seen Jun 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a two-step approach for adults with a rare or treatment-related form of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). First, patients receive a combination of two drugs (venetoclax and azacitidine) to reduce cancer cells. Then, they receive a stem cell transplant from a donor to rebuild a healthy blood system. The goal is to see if this approach helps people live longer and achieve remission. About 50 participants will take part.
