Summary
This study tested a new program called the Relational Playbook, which gives nurse managers tools and coaching to create a better work environment for cardiology teams. Ten VA cardiac catheterization lab staff members took part to see if the program was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to learn if this approach can reduce burnout and improve care for veterans.
