Summary
This study tests a new virtual group program designed to help people who survived a cardiac arrest and their relatives cope with mood, memory, and daily life challenges after leaving the hospital. About 50 participants will either join the virtual program or receive a digital information booklet. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for improving quality of life and satisfaction with care.
