Summary
This study compared two strategies for finding the underlying cause of uveitis, a type of eye inflammation. Researchers tested a new, step-by-step diagnostic plan against doctors' usual free-choice approach to see which was more effective and cost-efficient. The goal was to see if the structured plan could find the cause just as often while cutting the cost of testing in half.
