First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study aims to understand why the body sometimes rejects a transplanted uterus. Researchers will analyze blood, tissue, and swab samples from 30 participants, including transplant recipients, donors, and healthy women. The goal is to find new, non-invasive markers that can predict or detect rejection early, which could improve the success of future uterine transplants.
