First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests an investigational drug called AZD1775 in women whose uterine cancer has come back or persists. The drug works by blocking a protein that helps cancer cells repair themselves, potentially slowing tumor growth. About 49 participants with two aggressive types of uterine cancer will be enrolled to see if the drug shrinks tumors or delays progression.
