NCT ID NCT06665685
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a wearable device (BioButton) could help identify walking problems caused by taking multiple medications in nursing home residents. The study enrolled 17 adults over 18 who had walking issues recorded in their medical charts. The goal was to see if the device was safe, comfortable, and easy to use for 30 days, and if nurses found it helpful. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
