Summary
This study tests whether a daily supplement called urolithin A can lower cell damage (oxidative stress) in prostate tumors. About 90 men with prostate cancer will take either the supplement or a placebo for 3 to 6 weeks before their prostate removal surgery. The goal is to see if the supplement reduces harmful markers in the tumor tissue.
