Can a natural supplement help fight prostate cancer before surgery?

Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called Urolithin A can help reduce cellular stress in prostate cancer tumors. It involves 90 men who are already scheduled to have their prostate surgically removed. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 3 to 6 weeks before their surgery to see if it makes a measurable difference in their tumor tissue.
