Can a natural supplement help fight prostate cancer before surgery?

Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Urolithin A can help reduce cellular stress in prostate cancer tumors. It involves 90 men with prostate cancer who are scheduled for surgery to remove their prostate. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 3 to 6 weeks before their operation to see if it makes a difference in their tumor tissue.
