This study looked at whether genetic changes found in urine can match those in tumor tissue for people with high-risk bladder cancer. The goal was to see if a urine test could help doctors choose the right immunotherapy without needing a tissue sample. The study was stopped early, but it aimed to include 20 patients who had not received certain prior treatments.
