Summary
This study looked at how common urinary incontinence is in female runners and tested three exercise programs to treat it. 120 women who run at least 15 km per week and experience leaks during running took part. They did either pelvic floor exercises alone, pelvic floor plus abdominal exercises, or hypopressive abdominal exercises for 12 weeks. The goal was to see which approach best reduces leakage during a run.
