Turkish students get Culturally-Tailored anxiety relief in new study

Summary
This study tests whether an 8-session group therapy program, adapted for Turkish culture, can reduce anxiety in university students. About 40 students from Bogazici University will take part. The program uses cognitive behavioral techniques in a group setting to help students manage anxious feelings.
