University anxiety study offers free, Culturally-Tailored therapy to turkish students

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-session group therapy program, adapted for Turkish culture, can reduce anxiety in university students. About 40 students from Bogazici University will participate. The program uses cognitive behavioral techniques in a supportive group setting to help manage anxiety.
