First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether exercising just one leg can improve strength, balance, and pain in both knees for people aged 60-80 with knee osteoarthritis. 45 participants will be split into three groups doing different types of leg training. The goal is to see if the benefits 'cross over' to the untrained leg, helping with daily function and reducing fall risk.
