NCT ID NCT07075523

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at why some people getting CAR T-cell therapy for cancer develop brain-related side effects called neurotoxicity. Researchers will use brain scans, thinking tests, and blood tests to find early warning signs. The goal is to create a tool that can predict who is at risk. About 36 adults who are already scheduled for CAR T-cell therapy will take part.
