Can we spot brain trouble early in CAR t-cell patients?
NCT ID NCT07075523
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at why some people getting CAR T-cell therapy for cancer develop brain-related side effects called neurotoxicity. Researchers will use advanced brain scans, thinking tests, and blood markers to find early warning signs. The goal is to create a tool that identifies at-risk patients sooner. About 36 adults already scheduled for CAR T-cell therapy will take part.
