Summary
This study looks at how a new drug, ATR-258, changes signaling pathways in the muscles of 10 healthy overweight men. Participants take the drug daily for 8 weeks and provide muscle samples and other measurements. The goal is to understand basic muscle biology, not to treat or cure any condition.
