Summary

This study looks at how a drug called ATR-258 affects signaling pathways in the muscles of 10 healthy overweight men. Participants take the drug daily for 8 weeks and undergo muscle biopsies and heart monitoring. The goal is to understand how the body's cells communicate, not to treat or cure any disease.
