Summary

This study tests how healthy people's feet respond to natural compounds like cinnamon, mustard, and chili. Researchers measure blood flow and pain to understand nerve function better. The goal is to learn more about diabetic peripheral neuropathy, a nerve condition that affects many people with diabetes. 20 healthy volunteers aged 18-45 will participate.
