Summary
This study looks at how tiny particles called extracellular vesicles (EVs) affect blood vessel function in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to understand if exercise can change how these particles influence blood flow and metabolism. The study involves 60 adults aged 30-80 with either normal glucose or type 2 diabetes. Participants will undergo tests to measure insulin sensitivity and blood flow before and after exercise.
