Summary
This study collects tumor tissue from 60 people with colorectal cancer before they start chemotherapy. Researchers will grow mini-tumors in the lab to study how the immune system and cancer cells interact. The goal is to understand why some tumors don't respond to treatment and find better ways to personalize care.
