Summary

This study looks at why people with a CALR gene mutation and a type of blood cancer called MPN have a lower risk of dangerous blood clots than those with a JAK2 mutation. Researchers will measure certain immune markers and inflammatory proteins in blood samples from 35 adults with CALR-positive MPN. The goal is to better understand the biology behind clot risk, which could guide future treatments.
