NCT ID NCT06590116
First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at how the thoughts and beliefs of people with chronic low back pain and their physical therapists influence how much they benefit from treatment. About 90 adults with low back pain will receive standard physical therapy including spinal adjustments, exercise, and education. Participants and therapists will fill out questionnaires about their views on pain and treatment. The goal is to better understand these factors to improve care, not to test a new treatment.
