Summary
This study looks at 420 adults with fluid around the lungs (pleural effusion) that hasn't been diagnosed yet. It compares starting with a less invasive ultrasound-guided biopsy versus going straight to a more involved scope procedure. The goal is to see if the step-by-step approach works just as well while being safer and more comfortable.
