First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested two physiotherapy methods—therapeutic ultrasound and phonophoresis (ultrasound with anti-inflammatory gel)—in 60 adults aged 18–30 with chronic low back pain. All participants also received standard treatments like TENS and exercises. The goal was to see which method better reduced pain and improved movement. Results may help doctors choose more effective, cost-saving treatments for back pain.
