Summary
This study tested whether adding ultrasound or kinesiotaping to shoulder exercises helps people with shoulder impingement syndrome feel less pain and move better. 45 adults with shoulder pain for at least a month took part. The goal was to see which approach works best for easing symptoms and improving daily function.
