This study looks at whether a special ultrasound technique can predict a serious liver condition called sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (SOS) in children and adults who have had a bone marrow or stem cell transplant. Researchers will measure liver stiffness with ultrasound and compare it to standard criteria to see if it can catch SOS early. The goal is to improve monitoring and help doctors act faster to prevent severe complications.
