Summary
This study tests two different body landmarks—the top of the hip bone and a point on the lower back—to see which helps doctors find the right spot for spinal anesthesia more accurately in 660 pregnant women having C-sections. The goal is to reduce errors and improve safety by using ultrasound to guide the needle placement.
