Summary
This study compares two methods of giving a scalp nerve block to children having brain tumor surgery. The standard method uses touch to guide the needle, while the new method uses ultrasound to see the nerves and blood vessels. The goal is to see if ultrasound guidance provides better pain control and reduces the risk of complications. About 74 children will take part.
