New Nerve-Zapping technique targets stubborn shoulder pain

NCT ID NCT06852781

Summary

This study compared two different ultrasound-guided approaches for treating chronic shoulder pain. Researchers looked back at 100 adults who had shoulder pain for over 3 months and didn't get enough relief from medications or physical therapy. They tested whether targeting the shoulder nerve at one of two specific locations was more effective at reducing pain.
