Sugar water shots may ease pain after breast cancer

Summary
This study tests if ultrasound-guided injections of dextrose (a type of sugar water) can reduce long-lasting chest and arm pain in breast cancer survivors. Fifteen women who still have pain after standard physical therapy will receive three injections, four weeks apart. The goal is to see if this treatment improves arm function, reduces pain, and increases movement.
