Sugar water shots may soothe pain after breast cancer

Summary

This study tests if ultrasound-guided sugar-water (dextrose) injections can reduce long-term chest and armpit pain in breast cancer survivors who still have discomfort after standard physical therapy. Fifteen women will receive three injections over 12 weeks and be followed for 6 months. The goal is to improve arm function and ease pain.
