First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study tests if a gentle ultrasound pulse to a specific brain area can improve thinking and memory in people with long COVID brain fog. 40 participants who have had brain fog for at least 4 weeks after COVID will receive either real or fake ultrasound. The goal is to see if this safe, non-invasive method can ease symptoms and help the brain work better.
