Sound waves target brain to ease worst cancer pain

Summary
This study is testing a non-surgical procedure that uses focused sound waves to create a tiny, precise lesion in a specific part of the brain. The goal is to see if this can safely reduce severe pain in people with head, neck, or shoulder cancer that hasn't responded to strong pain medications. It is an early safety study for up to 20 participants.
