This study tested a minimally invasive procedure for carpal tunnel syndrome that uses ultrasound to guide a needle that releases pressure on the nerve. 40 adults with persistent symptoms despite other treatments took part. The goal was to see if the procedure reduces pain, improves hand function, and helps people return to work faster.
