Summary
This study tested a minimally invasive procedure for carpal tunnel syndrome that uses ultrasound to guide a needle to release pressure on the nerve. 40 adults who did not get better with standard treatments took part. The goal was to see if this approach reduces pain, improves hand function, and helps people return to work faster.
