NCT ID NCT07175701

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at whether reducing ultra-processed foods (like packaged snacks and sugary drinks) can help healthy young Korean adults aged 20-39 keep their blood sugar levels steadier after meals. Participants will wear a continuous glucose monitor and get dietary counseling. The goal is to see if eating fewer processed foods, without changing total calories, improves blood sugar control.
