First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study is for adults with early-stage marginal zone lymphoma, a slow-growing blood cancer. Researchers want to see if starting with an ultra-low dose of radiation (4 Gy) can control the disease, and only giving a higher dose if needed. The goal is to reduce side effects while still managing the lymphoma effectively.
