Summary

This early-stage trial is testing whether the drug ulixertinib can cross the blood-brain barrier in people with recurrent brain tumors called gliomas. About 40 adults will take the drug before surgery to see how much reaches the tumor and how safe it is. The goal is to learn if this approach could work for future treatments.
