Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether the drug ulixertinib can cross the blood-brain barrier in 40 adults with recurrent gliomas (a type of brain tumor). The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reach the tumor. Participants will take the drug before surgery, and researchers will measure how much gets into the tumor tissue.
