Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational injection called UBT251 can help people lose weight and improve related health measures. About 205 overweight or obese adults will receive either the UBT251 injection or a placebo (dummy shot) for 24 weeks. Researchers will primarily track changes in body weight, along with other factors like waist size, blood pressure, and safety.
