Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs, ubamatamab and REGN7075, in 300 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and control the disease. A third drug, sarilumab, may be used to manage immune-related side effects.
