Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs, ubamatamab and REGN7075, in people with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have already tried standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and control the disease. About 300 participants will be enrolled, and researchers will also monitor side effects and how the drugs move through the body.
