First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a 6-month program called Type 1 Together for teens aged 12-17 with type 1 diabetes who don't use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) regularly. Participants get monthly meetings with a diabetes expert, educational app resources, and a mentor family to encourage consistent CGM use. The goal is to see if the program improves attitudes toward CGM, increases wear time, and lowers HbA1c levels.
